What is the Customer Advisory Board?

The CAB is a select group of senior finance and operations leaders from across the onPhase (Dealership) community who help shape our strategic direction. Together we look at where the office of finance is heading, the pressures reshaping the role, and how our platform should evolve to meet them. It is a direct line between you and the leaders setting onPhase's long-term strategy.

Why are we launching it?

The role of finance is changing fast, moving from back-office processing toward strategic contribution: working capital, controls, forecasting, and decision-grade data. We want the leaders driving that shift to have a direct hand in where we take the platform. Your view of where your function is heading shapes the priorities we set.

Who participates?

The CAB is composed of finance and operations leaders, the people who own strategy, budget, and outcomes for their organizations (for example CFOs, Controllers, and VPs of Finance). It is also Dealership-wide: membership spans the full onPhase (Dealership) ecosystem. That mix of seniority and breadth allows you to sit alongside peers facing the same strategic pressures across the Dealership landscape, which makes for sharper conversation and shared learning.

Conversations stay at the strategic level: the evolving mandate of finance, the market and economic forces reshaping your function, the direction of our platform and where it should go next, and how peers are solving the challenges you share. Members help set the agenda, so the topics reflect what matters most to the finance leaders in the room.

What is the time commitment?

CAB members commit to a one-year term (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027), for quarterly meetings with onPhase leadership. We share discussion topics in advance and ask for feedback to make sure we’re focusing on the things that bring Dealerships the most value.

Is participation in person or virtual?

Both. Three of the quarterly meetings are virtual, and the fourth is an annual in-person meeting at the onPhase Tampa headquarters.

How are members selected?

 We are building a balanced board that represents finance leadership across the Dealership community: different product lines, company sizes, and stages of maturity. Our simple application process helps us build a board that represents the full breadth of our customer community.
